I take it you never ran it in the 1/4? I'm planning on running the
Intruder, but one of the things that bugs me a little bit is the top
end speed. Especially when you're talking about something like your
bike that you described above. You would have been screamin' if you
went the full 1/4! Its one thing to cross the traps at 130mph in a
car, but on a bike... Hmmm... Gives me the heebie-jeebies! :-)
Hey, speaking of fast bikes, (this is one of those "friend of a friend
type deals", but pretty cool if its true) a friend of mine knows of a
bike, I think its a CBR900RR that has been turbocharged (and I think has a
shot of nitrous too). Its been dynoed at 220hp, and apparently, the
guy likes to slide it through the corners while doing a wheelie. THAT
gives me the heebie-jeebies. ;-)
