Well, I also ran at the track yesterday. My best time was still a 16.93, but
I gained 2mph and got ran at 82.62mph. I had a quick d intake and TB new
this time and also a MOPAR tonneau. I think the extra 300 or so pounds from
the cover helped with traction, but hurt my times. I was sleeping at the
lights most of the time, so my reaction times were near 1 second. 60 foot
times ranged from 2.3 - 3 seconds. It just wasn't my day, I think I can do
much better.
Scott, are your times supposed to be 16.xx or did you add some funny gas and
really get into the 14's?

Hey guys:
Yesterday I decided to take my 94 to the track.
Quick run down of the truck
94 V-6 Sport
Short bed
2wd
5 speed
K&N FIPK
I was thinking I would get some low 17's out of this thing, but I got my
first slip and it said 16.87 @81mph
I was tickled pink
I got 4 runs in all togather, here's the other 3
14.67 @ 83mph
14.60 @ 83mph - best run
14.84 @ 81mph
I was launching at about 2000 rpm's
60' times were in the 2.4 range, it was spinning pretty bad.
I was so happy. Next mod is gonna be lowering it, and a new exhaust system.
