Oil Pressure Gauge fluctuating

ok, so I'm drivin' down the road, maybe doing 60 or so, and look down to see
my oil pressure gauge go from normal, down to nothing for a few seconds, then
normal again. No engine problems or noise, everything seemed ok.

Several other times this has happened, like I'll accelerate and lose pressure
according to the guage but a few seconds later returns to normal, engine runs
fine. Sometimes it fluctuates back and forth. However most of the time,
everything is normal.

What might this indicate? My oil and filter have been replaced and it still
happens sometimes...bad gauge? PCV valve? Ghosts? Should I be concerned?
