I figure since I'm on the DML, it was my personal duty to brag about my most amzing spank to date. =)
I was driving Jodi's dak (5 spd 6er for those not in the know) and low and behold, a new Tundra rolls on up on the tailgate. Well, I was goin' easy on it, considerin' it wasn't my truck to flog, and the Tundra procedes to pass on the left when the road opens up to 4 lanes. Well, he got stuck at a light and I amnaged to time it right so I could roll through the light. When he sees me comin', he gets on it to try to pass me and get in front of me (he saw a slower vehicle in his lane and didn't wanna' have to get behind me). At this point, the race was on. He comes up quick, so Jodi gives me the go-ahead and I grab 2nd and take off with the chirp of the tires. I pulled on him hard (uphill too!) and kept a good carlength on him up untill the end where he had to shut down to keep from rear-ending the slower car he was thinkin' he was gonna' get around. HA! Motor trend said the tundra was all that... hmph... I say, there's a teal 6er out there that's not to be messed with =)
