HOAX!!! this is one of the oldest e-mail hoaxes out there.. check out:

there have been many variations of the stolen kidney story over the years...
as a rule of thumb, anytime I get a story in an e-mail, I run it by
http://www.urbanlegends.com or alt.folklore.urban before believing it.
