OIL FOR THAT FILTER

OK what is the best oil to run through that filter then? I use castor
syntech. What do the rest of you use? I have been sold on synthetic oil
since I had a my 93 ranger. One day I decided to put synthetic into my
50,000 plus engine. It just ran a whole lot better.
