Mark, I have the same truck and mine does the same thing. I have this on the list for the dealer to check out. I am guessing it is normal, but I am not one to take chances.

Hello All,
I got aquestion. I got a 99 CC V8 4x4 and I noticed that my oil
pressure gauge fluxuates alot. When I am idleing in is about 1/4 of the way
from the left and when i accelerate it goes up to about 3/4 from the left.
It always stays within the right limits, but it moves alot. Is this
normall?
