My 97 Dak 4x4 has a little over 50K on it and was doing much the same thing.
I might just toss in a new set of bushings (mine aren't quite as bad as you
described, but it couldn't hurt) The new Edlebrock IAS shocks were a big
improvement! That thing handles at least as well now as it did before the 3"
BL. They work just like the say too. Stiffer until you hit a big bump, soft
for the upstroke, then immediately dampen out the motion. Maybe tomorrow I'll
get a chance to see if I can't hit the speed limiter on the way to work
without having that thing try squirm off the road like it did the last time.
that was a shame too, I really hated having to back off of the C5 Vette...
