Hell, they just raised the speed limits again (for the Rigs at least). They
seem to be more concerned with the idiots yapping away on their cell phones
while driving at high speeds rather than the speeders right now. (Yes, a
bill was just passed allowing an officer to fine someone for talking on a
cellphone while driving....about time too!)
