Dale,

Here is the link to the page that has the lights I installed on my 99 Dak:

http://www.vehiclelighting.com/detail-fog-round.asp

Q. Do they hook into the prewired harness that goes to the inst panel?

A. To tell you the truth I don't know. My Dakota had nothing behind the
opening except part of the metal frame. I don't know what existing wiring
harness you have unless you have OEM lights already. You might try calling
1-888-light56 or e-mail them at techsupport@vehiclelighting.com and they
might be able to answer that question. They are kind of hard to get of hold
of but if you leave a message they will call you back. Hope this info
helps.

Thanks,

John
