I've run nitrous before (Camaro) and know what happens when you get too
greedy. (Didn't happen to me...but i've seen three 5.0L Mustang Motors
blown to hell...hehehehe...)

I'm trading in the 125HP Jets for the 100HP jets and leaving it
there. (The 125HP shot is loads of fun...but not safe for the V6 as well
as the HP rating on the 8.25" diff. I don't want to push my luck on that.)
