Well the new Ram is awesome. The Solar Yellow Quad Cab really makes a
statement. Here is a run down of what has happened so far.

July - Ordered Truck.
Aug - Numerous trips to dealer to solve issues with order. At one point
asked sales-rep not to install front license plate bracket upon arrivial.
He makes a note on my folder.
9/23 - Truck built in St. Louis
9/24 - Called DC 800 # to find out status. Told truck came off assembly
line night before. Also told that it was last Solar Yellow truck to be
produced.
9/26 - Shipped by Rail to Selkirk, NY
10/7 - Truck arrived at dealer on Transport
10/8 - Called sales-rep to find out status, told it came in night before.
Took a ride to dealer to check it out.
10/9 - Took Ingrid to dealer to check it out. See the Large note Salesrep
taped to steering wheel "Do Not Install Front License Plate Bracket" Also
Requested dealer remove all the decals from truck when they detail it. They
thought it was a very unusuall request, but agreed to do it.
10/11 - Prepped for 4-5PM delivery. #%^&$# license plate bracket installed
then removed leaving 4 screw holes in front bumper. Arrive at dealer 4:45.
Told that Sales-rep just left on test drive with another customer. Should
return in a few min. Other customer decides to take test drive home to show
his wife (must have been somewhere in Ohio). Finally ,see sales-Rep at 6PM.
Go over truck with him pointing out the front bumper. Also discover several
spots on passenger side door. Looks like gun spit water while painting.
Dealer agrees to have bumper and door repaired at their body shop. Told by
several salesmen, how sharp it looks without the decals. Leave dealer 8PM.
Cruise around with wife for a while, put about 60 mi. on truck.
10/12 - 6AM. While turning around in driveway to pull out in morning. Scuff
fence on side of our driveway leaving 10" scratch on front bumper. I can't
$%*&%# belive I did that!!!
10/13 - BACK out of the driveway in 1 piece.
