I haven't had any problems and I switched some 18k miles ago on my '98 4x4... I
don't think leakage is an issue with the newer models due to tighter tolerances
and better seals. I'm sure somebody on the list can give you a more detailed
explanation as to why synth's aren't a problem these days.

Now that you are done arguing.....???? I don;t care who is selling what,
you could ALL be 4ord owners in disguse!!!!!
What I want to know is what is gonna happen with the leakage??
Iam @ 10K on my 99 and I'm thinking of doing the total switch over to
sythn, 4x4 and rear end.... the whole 9 yards.
What about dripage?? Thats all I really hear about sythn, evrtyhing will
leak??? TRUE??? what do ya do abou that???
