I'm no Richard Petty, but...

I have a real hard time with these alleged statements coming out of the
Petty camp. Yes, they have been with Pootiac for a long time, nearly as
long as with Plymouth and Dodge. However, how many wins do they have (all
of them, Richard, Kyle, John, Bobby, etc) with Pootiac as compared to
Mopar? Of course, it could be due to the fact that after all of these
years, NASCAR, in their unending drive for equality, has finally
addressed the needs of the Poot and it is now competitive. Now may not be
the most opportune time to switch marques.

Then again, most quotes have been from Kyle. I don't think that boy's
head has ever been on straight.
