Everyone interested in the 17" r/t wheels in
chrome/polished/powdercoated,

Just received another e mail from capital wheels. I asked if the stock
centercaps will fit and they told me they would. They also stated they
would be interested in doing a group buy. Estimated time is about 60
days before production starts.
Anyone _seriously_ interested please e mail me.

it off so you can fix it up for me??? I'll suffer with your ass-scraper while
you're doing the work on mine, ok? :-) Anyway, we's gots to get together so's
I can hear the sound of your rig. From what I've read it must be sweeeeeeeet.

If anyone has been wanting to add another set of speakers to the front
doors of your 97+ Dak, they will fit. I punched a new set of holes in my
door panel / door frame today to house another set of 6 1/2" Infinity
Kappas. The location is the flat area of the door panel, 10" back from
the front edge of the door panel and 1 3/4" up from the door pocket
edge. I drilled a 4" hole in the door metal for speaker basket / magnet
clearance. They fit perfect. The fitment was done using one of my
existing Kappas. Just cleared the power window motor by a 1/2"
The new set will be here from Crutchfield on Wends.
I was looking for a little more sound from up front, so I started with a
4" polk and was moving it around to find a good spot. That spot seemed
to be the area I explained above. After seeing that I had enough room
for the 6 1/2, I tryed a 6 1/2 polk I had and it really added the extra
sound I was looking for.
Anyway, I thought I'd let you know case someone else was wondering if it
would fit.
Regards,
Bob
