Yes,
  The 360 is externally balanced. I had to buy a 360 flywheel when I
swopped. The flywheel is totally different than the 318. I dont
remember all the specifics but the 360 has more teeth also. Its not
just as simple as balancing a 318 flywheel to fit. It just dont work!
