Its good at TDC. Its hard to accomplish, especially consistently. But it
is a good thing. FWIW, diesels knock also. Its alot harder to diagnose but
it is possible.

High load can occur at any speed. I agree. Knock is worst at low speed and
high load. Thats my point and I'm stickin with it.
