Why not, I took my wife to the Jamboree Summer Nationals for our honeymoon.

On holidays, I just go down to the Speed/Accessories shop and put something
on layaway. The guy at the shop knows the drill, I put it on layaway and
the wife pays for it.

Hey ed,

I know exactly how you feel. My girlfriend is the same way, although she
sometimes wonders why I pay more attention to the truck than her. On our
last anniversary this past August, we went to Cali. Jamboree Truck show. She
got me my personalized plates for our anniversary and will be reimbursing me
for half of what it cost to paint my tonneau for my b-day. The only thing
she asks when a holiday/b-day comes up is what do you want for your truck?
Gotta love em!
