Just how hard *is* a clutch job?

Sorry for re-asking a question, but I got no real answer. Is a
trans-removal on a '92 3.9 V6 with a 5-speed a one-man job? Are
there any tricks to it? Can you do it without removing the exhaust
Y-pipe? Any special tools required?

I'm sure someone out there on the list has already done this....please
give me a hand!
