Tried them and promptly returned them for Ranchos. (Now running ProComp
ES9000's)
>From talking with others that have tried them, the feeling is "not what I
expected from Edelbrock...could be better".
Try them...if you don't like them , I believe Edelbrock has a "Satisfaction
Guaranteed" return policy.

Subject: DML: Edelbrock IAS shocks
Hi All,
I am thinking about getting the Edelbrock IAS shocks for my Y2K Club Cab
Dakota. A couple of questions...
One: Will the shocks for a 1999 2WD Dak work on the 2000 2WD Dak? I don't
think there has been any change to the suspension, but I am not 100% sure.
Two: Are these shocks worth it. The closest I get to off road is smooth
fire roads. However, I do a lot of driving on rough small county roads. My
Dak has the optional Handling Package but I don't think this includes "high
performance" shocks.
Does anyone have any experience with these shocks? What about any other
comparable shocks?
