That's the calculated Flywheel HP...180HP at the rear wheels. Subtract 22%
for driveline loss as suggested from Dodge, Colvin Automotive (Local Dyno
Shop), and my old service manager (Ex-Mopar Perf. employee). The 22% is a
good average for both Automatic and Manual transmissions. (You will see
slightly more HP on the Manual though...automatics leech a little bit of
HP.)
Since Dodge states 170HP in their brochures (which is Flywheel, not
Rear-Wheel), that puts the V6's at approximately 133RWHP. The last two Dyno
runs on the truck, before the Nitrous, Roller Rockers, and Headers, showed
it with 148RWHP (No eRams running either)...that had put her at 180HP off
the flywheel. Now...Nitrous, Roller Rockers, and the Headers, she's running
even faster.
