Kyle,
In my pre-Dak days, I drove a Toyota pickup. Virtually identical to a
Ranger in size. I ran BFG All-Terrains in size 27 x 8.5 x 14. Throw around
500lbs. in the bed over the axle and there isn't anything that is going to
stop you. I had unbelieveable traction on any surface or condition with
these tires. Ran them year round; they are awsome tires. They were still
on the truck when I traded it in on the Dak. They had 55,000mi. on them,
and still could have run another 5-6000mi. easy.
I am looking to replace my Wrangler GSA's that came on the Dak now. If I
can find an All-Terrain size to fit, that will be as far as I need to look.
Hope this helps.
