Well the Autolite plugs are in, and I love them. Those Champion Truck Plugs
were only in for 10,000 miles and they looked like hell. I gapped the
Autolites to .050 and put em in. I used plenty of dielectric plug/tune up
grease. I did disconnect the battery before this also. I did notice that the
Accel Super Coil terminal was kind of corroded. So I broke out the Dremel
with a steel brush tip on it and I got all the corrosion off of it. The MSD
coil wire was also corroded up a bit, so I cleaned that out also and used
plenty of tune up grease on the Super Coil's terminal so hopefully this wont
happen again. Just to those out there running an Accel Coil, you might want
to check it out. I finished and went to school, about a 20 mile one way
trip. Acceleration was smoothed out and alot better overall.
