Random Technology has a good explanation of 2-way and 3-way cats. Go to
http://www.randomtechnology.com/technical.htm .
It's interesting reading to anyone curious as to how catalytic converters
work.

Just curious, but when ordering a replacement catalytic converter, what
would my application call for, 2 or 3 way? What does this also mean, 2/3
way? Do I need an "air tube"?? Thanks.
