Actually the brake rotors are designed to pull air through the center and it
comes out through the holes on the rim. if you look inside youll see there
are square holes those are the vent holes. No matter what there are cleaners
that clean the dust. One thing i do know is never try to hose off the dust if
you just stopped driving. the heat and the cold water combo makes the dust
hard to take off and sooner or later it will eat the protective coating of
the rims off.
