You can't. (Nya, nya, nya!) ;-)

Prior to 1994, Daks used a fuel pressure regulator up in the
engine bay, which you could use to mess with the fuel pressure,
but starting with the 1994 model year, Dodge eliminated the return
line, and integrated the regulator with the pump in the tank. So,
if you want to increase your fuel pressure, you'll need to either
pull the fuel pump module out of your tank and figure out how to
increase the pressure (if possible), or replace your fuel pump module
with a nonregulated one and add a return line and a regulator in the
engine bay, or just rip it all out and go aftermarket.

Me, I plan to go with option #3. I'll fabricate a new fuel
system with a nice high flow pump (Paxton Kamikaze or similar)
and a regulator that'll allow me to tweak the pressure. That won't
happen for a while though; I'll probably wait until I install
nitrous or a turbo or somethin' that needs the extra fuel.
