It features 65cc combustion chambers, stainless 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust
valves, hardened valve seats, hand-blended intake and exhaust valve bowls,
CNC-machined port matching, heli-coiled rocker and exhaust bolt, and intake/
exhaust ports as well as all factory head bolt bosses are in the stock
location (LA 360 block).
A 9.5:1 340 made 417hp@6000 and 397lb-ft torque@4500 with Eldebrock's
Performer RPM heads (#6077), manifold (#7176), RPM cam-plus lifter (#7177),
and Performer 750 cfm carb (#1407).
Bottom line: a lot feel that these heads are perfect for the street and
there's room for porting for those looking for more power.
There's an article in Mopar Muscle, Nov. 98 on these heads.
