Nope, not yet. Actually, I was going to slap the old TB and bolt
on this morning before heading into work, but as I decided to go in
at about 2am, I didn't really feel like messing with it, so after a
quick check of Bungee Bob's cords, I went into work. :-) I'll put
my old TB on today and maybe take a crack at getting that bolt out.
Although, now that I think of it, I might wait a little bit before
extracting the bolt. Once the electricians leave on Tuesday, I'll be
able to set up the drill press. Otherwise I'll have to use a hand
drill, and knowing my luck, I'd probably hit the soft aluminum threads
and mess up the TB. (Although that *would* be an excuse to drill and
tap the TB holddown bolt hole bigger to allow the use of a larger
rod.) ;-) Hey, have any of you TB folks thought about offering something
like that as an upgrade? Drill and tap the hole bigger, and include a
similar thread butterfly nut, and possibly a properly sized and threaded
S-bolt too... ? Just a thought. :-)
