Nate take it back and speak with the general manager. If that doesnt work ask
to make a appointment with the owner. That should get the wheels rolling.
they will want to give you the bulls**t run around but stand firm and demand
the truck to be fixed right. i know plenty of people that walked in the
dealership and would not leave till they came to a understanding. Defiantley
ask to speak with the general manager or the service manager ( preferably
both) forget about the service guy.
