Not the cheapest open air element but K&N has a 14" x 2.75" kit,
model 1503 (I believe). Most complete kit that I've seen.
Includes base with tube for rubber hose from the breather
(no spacer needed), S-bolt, 14x2.75 element, chrome top,
gasket/washer/nut, cleaner kit. The only thing that you might
have to do is to find an 'extension' to join up the breather
hose to the tube on the base as the hose is not angled properly.

I found a hose (cut to about 2-3") from my swimming pool supplies which
fits snugly inside the breather hose. I put the stock hose from the passenger
side onto the underside tube inlet (took it off the stock plastic tube that
crosses
behind the tb from the breather hose to the passenger side), jettison the
stock
plastic tube, swivelled the base so that the underside tube was on the
driver's side,
and put the swimming pool hose inside the hose on the underside tube
inlet.

Bought the upper rad hose from a '97 V8 Grand Cherokee and swapped with
the stock one to clear the 14" base of the K&N.
