Yeah, I made the appointment today for next Monday, lunchtime. The
guy I talked to had no idea how long it would be (meanwhile, I have no
other transportation and will have to rearrange my life to fit around
the appointment) and had no clue when I mentioned that I thought it was
the switch. Apparently they haven't had anyone come in with this
problem yet.
