I have a 94 dakota sport 2wd/v6/auto and it is equiped with the small 15
gallon fuel tank.
with that tank, how many miles can you get out of the tank, I can only
get 190-210 miles.
I tried to switch to the 22 gallon tank, from a 1992 Dakota but
was not compatable with the truck because the pump and filter did not
match the evap system in turn gave me problems, the truck would flood
itself out and not start. After doing some research on this matter I
found that the same pump for the 22 gallon tank can only be used for
model years 1994-95.
The Question I have is can I use the bigger tank from the Ram truck in
my Dakota? is there any room? what are the dimentions of the Ram tanks?
