here we go. the manager at valvoline printed it out for me. He got a lil
edgy when I just stood there and went thru the information while customers
were waiting.

Oil Capacity
3.5 Quarts (initial fill)
NOTE: Add extra oil when replacing filter

"Severe Service"
Tranny fluid and filter - every 12,000

Cooling system- 1st 36 months or 52,500 miles

Differential Every 12,000 miles if towing a trailer

Egnine oil 3,000 miles or every 50 hours operated off-road

Manual tranny w/AX15: change every 18,000 miles

PCV System change vavle??? where is the valve on a 97? 60,000

Transfer Case 30 months or 37,500 miles

Auto-tranny capacity
4 quarts
with engine at operating temperature, shift through all gears. Check fluid in
neutral and add fluid as needed.

Manual tranny capacity
NV3500 2.1 QT (2.0 Lt) Transmission
AZ15 3.3 QT (3.1 Lt) Transmission

Lubrication
(AP3) ATF-PLUS 3 Automatic Trans Fluid (type 7146E)
(MY LIL NOTE: I talked to the manager about this and on the ATF +3 fluid. it
says "Specially designed for chrysler trannies" but it doesn't say it IS
7176E)

Differential
3.0 pt (1.4 Lt) Front Diff
 NOTE: Fill no higher than 1/2" to 5/9"" below fill plug

3.0 pt (1.4 Lt) Rear Diff with 7.25" ring gear
4.4 pt (2.1 Lt) Rear Diff with 8.25 ring gear

Lubrication
GL-5 80W-90
20 ft-lbs (don't know what this means)

NOTES: GLS is a special gear lubricat, Mopar Part No. 4761526.
    GL-575W-90. I guess this is the 75w-90 for the diff. Also added a
bottle of LSD formula in there when I did mine today.

Filter numbers
OIL: VO45 AIR:VA90 PCV:56210 BRE:56300

Zerk fittings?
2wd has 6 (I can only find like 2 for my truck!)
4wd has 17

Well, that's all the info I found. where is the PCV valve located at? I
think mine is due. or is it the breather?
