The ONLY dealer (any brand) that I've ever seen anything close to 5-Star
service is the Mercedes/Isuzu dealer near me. They practically detail your
car before returning it to you, even if you're just getting the oil changed.
Daim/Chry. has a LONG way to go before any of their dealerships will be even
close to a 5-Star rating.
