I have seen this in other veichles especially the old straignt 6 engines and
aluminum head ohc engines and it usually is condensation and I dont know how to
prevent it either. My 99 r/t never has done this but my wifes 96 cougar 4.6
(aluminum head ohc) will do it in the winter.
