I saw something like that from a company that does oil filter relocation
kits. The drain was controlled by a cable and the only way to get to it was
from a locking lever under the hood. (Imagine a mechanic at the DC dealer
flipping that lever......while it's running. "What does this do?) I will
send the info if/when I find it, it was kinda neat.
