No the speed rating is ( how long at a certain speed.) a 31 inch tire isnt
meant to go 110 for a long time. a few minutes at that speed wont do anything
but a hour or so will. I think i was just going over a rough ( bumpy) section
and the rear axle LS diff was trying to keep traction at 110
