fight them. fight them hard. sounds like they are trying to screw you.
these types of dealers need to understand that a satisfied customer is a
repeat customer. besides if you do something right for someone they may tell
one person. you do something wrong for somebody and they will tell everyone
they can find who will listen. word of mouth is a dealerships best friend or
worst enemy. they should know that.
