It's been a while ago, but someone asked what the diameter
of the DAK pulleys were.
Here's the measurements that I have (outside diameter)
I've installed Jet Underdrive Pulleys, so information also provided:
'97 5.2L:
Stock Alt Pullley: 2-1/8"
Stock Water Pump Pulley: 5-7/16"
Stock Crank Pulley: 7-1/4"
Jet Alt Pulley: 3-7/16"
Jet Water Pump Pulley: 6-1/2"
Jet Crank Pulley: 5-1/2"
With the three Jet pulleys, the stock belt was re-used.
I would be interested in seeing what ASP sizes are.
