Yeah my wife was thrilled ( not) she hated it. didnt like dealing with the
shifty salesmen or women. we especially liked it when we pulled up and there
was a knot of them talking and smoking. One looked over and i guess it was
his turn to satisfy a customer. So Mr. Slick comes over and greets us (
nothing wrong there) Than are you in the market for a car? ( no stupid i just
like to go to a dealer to waste time) so we say yes im looking for a pick up
( this was a Dodge dealer) So he immediatley takes me to the used cars and
proudly shows me a used old a@@ ranger. i told him i didnt want a used truck
and i want a new truck. And im looking for this and that equipment. so he
takes me to ANOTHER USED truck. ( i thought he was retarded but he looked
normal. ) I just started to walk to the new trucks. with him on my heels like
a lost puppy. so we finally find a dakota 4x4 black and nice. ( now this was
9 30 so we were looking and gonna come back later to buy. like daytime where
i can see the truck) so we drive it around the block and the dude is
yammering on how great it is and doesnt really allow me to get a feel for the
truck. so finally i tell him to shut up and let me drive. i just took the
truck back and he said Lets get some INFORMATION so i can call you. I guess
that meant youre buying this truck wether youlike it or not. so im just
giving him my name and phone # when out of the blue the manager and 2 other
salesmen start Buy it it wobe here tomorrow. ( yeah like at 9 30 youll sell
it) so the manager startsfilling out the urchase papers. I was astonished.
finally i said Hey Moron im not buying tonight and especially with all you
jerks on my back.
So i never stepped foot in that dealer again. too bad because my buddy works
there.
My second dodge experience was the best one. besides when i got my wifes
Jimmy and my old GMC the dakota buying is up there . wery nice dealer.
