I bet you could have a machine shop cut a few pieces of 1/8" or 1/16"
metal stock into the correct shapes, or maybe put a few bends in them if
required and drill slots for the mounting bolts. Your truck should
already have the mounting nuts welded in somewhere, or tapped out of the
frame.
  Get some carboard and start making some templates.
  If you do this, make sure you have the machine shop do SLOTS for the
bolt holes. They never line up otherwise.
  I 'm sure you can save a whole lot of money doing it this way.
