The non-5 star I went to to get my foglight switch fixed didn't have the
part in stock. When I called for the reservation, I told them I thought
that was what it was, and repeated that when I gave them the keys, but
they never bothered to check the Parts department until after they had
poked around the dashboard for over half an hour.
The 5-star I went to had 3 in stock a week in advance (and held one for
me!) and had no problems doing the repair.
BTW, DC has recognized the problem with the garbage switches and
redesigned it; I got the new one, it feels a little more solid when I
pull/push it. Don't have the new part # handy though.
