In a lot of areas of the country the gas changes in the winter time. The
gas during the winter is oxygenated fuel. The oxygenated fuel does make
less exhaust emissions, but studies show that oxygenated fuel gives you
less gas mileage. So, if you are burning this type of fuel, I would
expect your MPG's to drop.

Hum, they make oxygenated gas to cut emissions. If you are burning more
gas, aren't you making more exhaust and wouldn't more exhaust equal more
(or unchanged) emissions?
