Bummer... WOW. That sucks. Hope you have uninsured motorist coverage.

If you do, you don't have to pay your deductible, and you get your truck
fixed. The A hole that hit you probably doesn't have any insurance (since
his license was revoked/suspended), but you can still file a lien against
him for damages (I.E. 3 years down the road he gets a job, makes any money,
you start gettting payments directly from his check :P)

Doesn't replace the fact that you got hit, but hopefully you get something
out of it.
