Speaking from an aquarium POV, I painted the inside of my hood white,
as it reflects the most light. If i wanted to get something MORE reflective
my choices would be mirrors or mylar (like the balloons). Look for it in
hobby stores (model airplanes use it).
Maybe some of this is useful to someone if you'r crazy enough but dont
blame me when your headlights are crap. I said aquariums!
