Sound like your wheel seals are shot. Take your wheel off, turn the
front end to the far left/right and look behind the dust shield near
the spindle. If its wet, the wheel seals are shot. This usually happens
on a higher mileage truck (76000 and up). If you're under 36k or have
an extended warranty, have the dealer fix it.

Otherwise, you can remove the rotor, replace the wheel seal yourself for
$7.50, repack the bearings (and check to see if they are damaged, if so,
replace them too), reinstall your rotor.
