Yup... The 4x2's are sealed units. Don't now about the newer '00 4x4's though.
They may have gone with sealed units when they went to Rack and Pinion
steering.

My '98 apparently has sealed ball joints, no zerks whatsoever (not
good).
No problems yet, but I'll sure it won't be long.
