Exactly, and the parking brake is active on the non driving wheels. On
my Dad's Ram Van 2500, the parking brake is on the front wheels, since it
is rear wheel drive. My mom's neon, is front wheel drive, so the parking
brake is active on the rear wheels. You will find this out when you are
trying to change tires.
