How Do You Remove the Oil Pan?

Has anyone dropped their oil pan on a 318 with a welded to the frame
cross-member? I have jacked up the engine, pulled the inspection cover off
the tranny, and unbolted the r&p steering from the cross-member. I still do
not have clearance to pull the pan out. Any ideas would be appreciated.
