I don't know what it has to do with street, but I think they're all made with
just two holes now. The earlier design used three, but it was lower than the
rim and not NHRA legal. I have an early set on my Camaro and had to modify
them. Also, I've heard they work better as a race only item, because you need
to leave the preload in them all the time so the springs will "take a set".
If you leave the preload in them for street driving, it'll be too rough and
eventually bend the leaf springs.
